We want your artwork to reach you safely and on time. Below are our shipping guidelines and what you can expect when placing an order.

1. Original Artworks

  • Shipping for original paintings and sculptures is always arranged directly with the customer.
  • Timeframes, couriers, insurance, and costs will be agreed together before dispatch.
  • Because each piece is unique, packaging and shipping methods may vary depending on size, weight, and destination.
  • We will not ship an original artwork until you have confirmed and accepted the shipping arrangements.

2. Prints

Total Time to Receive Your Print

Please note that the total time until your print arrives is made up of several steps:

  • Processing time – preparation, printing, and packaging before dispatch.
  • Framing time – if you order a framed print, please allow additional time on top of the standard processing time for the framing to be completed.
  • Delivery time – the courier transit time once your order has been dispatched.

Your estimated delivery date is therefore the sum of these timeframes. We’ll always keep you updated if extra time is needed.

Processing Times
  • Unframed prints are normally produced and shipped within 5–10 business days.
  • Framed prints may take longer, especially for orders of 4 or more framed prints. Please allow extra time.
  • During busy periods, or if you need something quickly, leave a note at checkout — we’ll do our best to meet your request.
Delivery Timeframes
New Zealand
  • Unframed prints usually arrive within 1–4 business days of dispatch.
  • Framed prints usually arrive within 2–7 business days of dispatch.
  • Please allow a little longer for rural addresses.
Australia
  • Unframed prints generally arrive within 10–20 business days of dispatch.
  • Shipping for Framed prints to Australia is always arranged directly with the customer.
    • Timeframes, couriers, insurance, and costs will be agreed together before dispatch.
    • Because each piece is unique, packaging and shipping methods may vary depending on size, weight, and destination.
    • We will not ship a framed print to Australia until you have confirmed and accepted the shipping arrangements.
Rest of World
  • Unframed prints generally arrive within 15–30 business days of dispatch.
  • Shipping for Framed prints to the Rest of the World is always arranged directly with the customer.
    • Timeframes, couriers, insurance, and costs will be agreed together before dispatch.
    • Because each piece is unique, packaging and shipping methods may vary depending on size, weight, and destination.
    • We will not ship a framed print to the rest of the world until you have confirmed and accepted the shipping arrangements.
Packaging
  • All orders are packed with care to ensure they arrive safely.
Shipping Methods & Signature
  • All prints are carefully packaged and insured, giving you peace of mind.
  • We recommend signature-required delivery. If you select a non-signature service, we cannot accept responsibility once tracking shows the order as delivered.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

3. International Orders

  • Customers outside New Zealand are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees in their country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

4. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you tracking details, where possible, by email.

5. Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held liable for delays due to courier backlogs, rural delivery, strikes, weather events, or other factors outside our control.
