Peniche is in Portugal and the first place we visited on our trip. I would go back there at the drop of a hat. The people were nice, the food is cheap and the surf is fun and friendly.
Peniche is an old fishing port now home to the world surfing tour at the fabulous supertubos. This painting shows our girls bouncing on the rocks behind the town in the evening light.
This painting is a one-off original painting by Christian Nicolson.
