One of my favourite places in the world is Turkey. I went there in my 20s and wanted to take my daughters back to the same places I visited. After doing the coastline we ended up in Capadoccia and back to Goreme. What an amazing place. The landscape is breathtaking. The town is full of dwellings and restuarants that are carved into the rock. There is nothing quite like it. At dawn and dusk the balloons launch and float over the town. Something I dont remember happenning when I visited in the 90s. But now its definitely an event to behold.
